GovMatrixIQ offers optional SMS notifications for bid deadline alerts, SAM.gov opportunity matches,
registration expiry reminders, and pipeline stage changes. SMS is transactional only — we never
send marketing or promotional text messages.
How you opt in: During account setup at
app.govmatrixiq.com, you may provide your phone number
and check a consent box agreeing to receive transactional SMS from GovMatrixIQ. You can also
enable SMS in Settings → Notifications at any time.
How to opt out: Reply STOP
to any message, or disable SMS notifications in your account Settings page. Consent records are
stored in our database with timestamps. Only registered, authenticated users receive messages.
Message frequency: Varies based on your pipeline activity
and notification preferences. Typically 1–5 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply.
Carrier information: SMS is sent via Twilio. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon,

GovMatrixIQ is operated by DRx Consulting Group LLC. We collect only the information necessary to
provide our government contracting intelligence services — your email, organization details, NAICS codes,
and pipeline data. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Our AI features use a zero-retention architecture: prompts are processed and never stored.
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Each organization's data is
isolated at the database level.
