GovMatrixIQ is operated by DRx Consulting Group LLC.
1. Permitted Use
GovMatrixIQ is designed for identifying and tracking government opportunities, managing capture pipelines, conducting competitor intelligence using public data, drafting proposals with AI assistance, and managing vendor registrations.
2. CUI and Classified Information — PROHIBITED
You must NOT submit CUI, classified data, ITAR/EAR controlled technical data, FOUO documents, or procurement-sensitive pre-decisional information to the Platform.
3. Prohibited Activities
- Submitting false certifications or misrepresenting business size/status
- Bid rigging, collusion, or procurement fraud
- Impersonating contracting officers or government officials
- Unauthorized access to other organizations' data
- Using automated bots or scrapers against the Platform
- Reselling or redistributing Platform data
- Violating the False Claims Act, FAR, DFARS, or anti-kickback statutes
4. AI Usage Standards
- All AI content must be reviewed by a qualified human before government submission
- Do not represent AI output as independently verified or certified
- Do not submit CUI to any AI feature
5. Consequences of Violation
Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination without refund, reporting to appropriate government agencies if procurement fraud is suspected, and legal action.
